Bobs Coffee is hiring experienced specialty baristas and all rounders, for our CBD espresso bars and offering a Monday-Friday role with no weekends.

Specialty Baristas - Monday to Friday, Melbourne CBD

5 days a week, Monday to Friday – no weekends.
Consistent weekday hours in busy CBD espresso bar environments.

What you’ll be doing

Dialling in, managing high-volume espresso service and maintaining consistency across every shot.
Taking customer orders
Engaging with regulars, giving genuine, efficient service at the bar.
Taking part in keeping the bar sharp: cleaning, restocking and working smoothly with the team.

What you’ll bring

Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee in a fast-paced cafe or espresso bar.
Confident dial-in, milk, and workflow skills under pressure.
Strong customer service, communication and a calm, positive attitude.
Rights to work in Australia and weekday availability.

Full time, part time and casual positions availbale.
