About the Opportunity:
Maison Bâtard is seeking a vibrant, experienced Bar Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in high-energy environments, leads from the front, and is deeply passionate about exceptional service and beverage excellence.

As Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, service delivery, and team development, while embodying the values and standards of Lucas Collective. You will bring refined service skills, strong product knowledge, and a genuine guest-first approach that creates memorable experiences.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience in leading high-performing bar teams
• A solid understanding of management practices
• Exceptional service skills with a strong guest focus
• Demonstrate adaptability and thrive in high-pressure service periods
• Extensive knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
• Experience with stock control and inventory management
• Building effective relationships and creating a team culture
• Organisational and time management skills
• Consistently meeting and exceeding GP targets
• Labour Management and Work, Health & Safety compliance
